UK Staff:
ControlCircle strives to offer the best traditional benefits and perks to its employees and their families to be competitive in the market, support individual and family needs and to prepare employees for long-term financial security.

 

These benefits are offered at little or no cost to the employee.

 

All benefits follow the normal rules and regulations of the plan descriptions and are subject to change at any time.

 

Traditional Benefits:
ControlCircle offers a variety of traditional benefit programmes to our employees and their families: Health insurance, Life insurance & Disability insurance, Flexible spending plan, Paid Time Off and Extended holiday period. Please see below for more details.

 

Eligibility:

ControlCircle's traditional benefit programs are offered to employees who are regular full-time employees and regular part-time employees (working 24 hours or more per week).

 

Health Insurance:

ControlCircle employees and their family have a choice of 2 medical plans, administered by BUPA. Both of the plans offer excellent medical benefits. Some of the items covered by both plans are:

 

·        Office visits (preventative, physicals, allergy injections, well child care/ immunizations, well woman care, illness or injury)

·        Prescription plan: co-pay at participating pharmacies.

·        Maternity/Paternity care & family planning (pre & postnatal, delivery charges)

·        Infertility services (office visit, surgery)

·        Emergency care (doctors office, hospital, ambulance)

·        Both inpatient and outpatient surgical care

·        Short term rehabilitation (physical, speech, occupational and chiropractic)

·        X-ray & labs

·        Drug and Alcohol abuse services

ControlCircle Incentive Pension/Savings Plan:

ControlCircle encourages employees to save for their retirement. All eligible employees may participate in the ControlCircle incentive Pension/Savings plan. Eligibility for the retirement plan is 1st of the quarter following hire date, age 18 and the employee must be regularly scheduled to work 1000 hours in a plan year. ControlCircle Incentive Pension/Savings Plan offers investment options within the HSBC investment group. Life Insurance and AD&D:

Employees meeting eligibility requirements are covered under ControlCircle's Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. The life insurance benefit is two times base salary (minimum of £50,000). The life and disability insurance is offered through HSBC. This benefit is paid entirely by ControlCircle.

 

Employee Assistance Program:

All employees are eligible for confidential counseling services through the Employee Assistance Program. Employees and their family members can receive up to three free visits per occurrence. BUPA can help with marital problems, substance abuse problems, personal, or work related stresses. Legal consultation services are also available through the BUPA. This benefit is paid entirely by ControlCircle.

 

Sick Time:

All eligible employees earn 4 hours of sick time per month. ControlCircle will "buy back" unused sick time from active employees at the end of the year.

 

Vacation Time:

All eligible employees earn vacation time on a monthly basis. Accrued time may be used after completion of three months of employment. All permanent full and Part time staff receive an annual total of 30 days Paid holiday. Any holiday time not taken will be paid as part of an annual bonus scheme.

 

NON-Traditional Benefits and Perks:
In addition to our traditional benefits, ControlCircle offers benefits and perks that you are not likely to find in other organisations.

 

Eligibility:

Most of ControlCircle's non-traditional benefits and perks are offered to employees who are regular full-time, regular part-time employees (working 24 hours or more per week), seasonal, and some temporary employees.

 

ControlCircle encourages its employees to participate in good health and fitness habits. With a corporate membership in place, eligible employees are invited to join the Reebok Health Club in Canary Wharf. Introductory as well as 75% of the monthly membership fees are completely covered.

 

Great Product Discounts:

ControlCircle sells great services and products! All active employees are entitled to substantial discounts on ControlCircle product lines. Depending on previously marked discounts, the employee discount is generally an additional 20% to 60% for ControlCircle products and up to 50% for Chippz.com products. In addition, your immediate family is eligible for discounts!

 

Proform:

Need a Sony Laptop? iPod? How about a Dell Server? ControlCircle employees also get discounts on other products.

 

Equipment Usage:

Employees may sign out Laptops, Servers, Firewalls, routers, load balancers and Switches from the Store supply for up to 3 days at one time. We encourage everyone to test all new kit available.

 

Casual Environment:

Table Football, iMacs, couches and funky décor add to the aesthetics of our office making it a fun place to work.

 

Flex Hours:

In most areas flex hours are available.

 

ControlCircle values fun:

We support Mission Critical networks 24/7 and are often the 1st line to various alerts or crisis alerts. We believe that it is key that we inject a healthy, fun and encouraging working environment into the daily stresses of a successful Support company.

 

T-shirts, Jeans and sandals:

It's a huge relief not to worry about ironing that shirt. (Or ironing at all!) Unless client meetings are scheduled we promote a smart casual work ethic.
