On 2 November 2008, ControlCircle’s corporate communications manager Ben Radomski successfully completed the NY marathon. The 26-mile course is notoriously gruelling and Ben finished the marathon in a respectable 6h 05min.
Speaking about his achievement, Ben said: “I am in a lot of pain, but it’s all been worth it. It’s for a good cause.”
He went on to say he would definitely run more marathons in the future and that the memory would stay with him for a long time to come.
As one of the sportier members of the ControlCircle team, Ben will no doubt have a new challenge to meet in the near future.
Ben ran for the Children With Leukaemia charity and is hoping to raise £1,000.
