Technology company Dell announced the launch of their ProManaged modular and managed services for large enterprises, SMBs and the channel at Gitex Technology Week.
This service will be available across the Middle East and will allow customers to use cloud applications to simplify and automate IT management while reducing IT costs.
AMEinfo reports that the ProManaged services add cloud-based IT services to Dell's existing consulting support and managed service capabilities. With three specialised service areas, Dell’s services include Dell ProManaged, Dell ProConsult and Dell ProSupport Services. All three services work towards cutting costs and simplifying IT processes.
Speaking about this new portfolio of services, Driss El'Ougmani, Solutions Director, Dell Emerging Countries, said: "With Dell's ProManaged services, CIOs can leverage Software as a Service to solve key issues around distributed device management, remote infrastructure monitoring, and business continuity and compliance. These SaaS-based services help CIOs lower total cost of ownership of their IT infrastructure with fewer dedicated staff while reducing complexity of the operations."
