The Situation:
MIVA have established three main divisions, depending upon their customers budget and service requirements for their marketing activities. They offer various online tools and facilities for businesses to achieve their objectives. It is therefore essential that both Miva’s website and database, which is frequently utilized, is secure and fully available at all times. Connectivity and security of their growing network was also key priority, having been recognized as Europe's 500 'Fastest Growing IT Company' 2004.
