NetworkOverview
Technologies: Our proprietary monitoring platform ‘NetworkOverview’ is a fully managed centralised real-time view of a client’s system. Built on a .NET platform using SQL backend, NetworkOverview integrates 12 ‘Best-of-Breed’ software/hardware monitoring and reporting platforms to give clients a complete and holistic view of their network and all its components. ControlCircle run the hardware and manage the systems and the licenses, clients pay per device to a have their network not only automatically monitored by technology, but also to have a human 24/7 proactive element. ControlCircle’s 24/7 Network Operations Centre in the Docklands, London constantly analyses monitored data and logs, looking for hardware failure, device utilisation, and malicious activity, to name a few. The NOC staff are all certified engineers with knowledge of Cisco, Juniper/Netscreen, SUN, Linux, Nortel, Checkpoint, Microsoft, F5, Bluecoat and Cyberguard, for example.

Managed services include full technical support on a given device which includes 24/7 troubleshooting & fault finding, software patching and firmware upgrades, advanced hardware replacement, 24/7 configuration changes, automated penetration test (firewall service only) and a dedicated technical account manager (Direct Touch engineer).
The Network Operations Centre: ControlCircle operate a 24/7 NOC in the Docklands, London. We have certified engineers proactively monitoring a client’s networks 24/7. The NOC is fully secure with biometric access controls, CCTV and Crypto card two factor authentication to gain access to the network. Using state-of-the-art monitoring software we receive SNMP alerts from all devices from NetApp replication site to site to Global server load balancer port errors.
