ControlCircle’s Network Operations Center (NOC) is built right in the centre of London’s Banking district. It is staffed 24/7/365 by certified systems administrators and network engineers. The multi-screen environment, which makes up our NOC, monitors everything from network traffic and performance to power, temperature and security systems to services, applications, known vulnerabilities and RAID array status on customer servers.
This is a large NOC with 24/7 Engineers providing fast response times with real-time monitoring and alerts for all critical systems and peace of mind for our customers.
From the NOC, our engineers are able to track the heartbeat of our core Fibre backbone, including real-time network graphs of each one of our Tier 1 backbone providers, as well as inbound and outbound traffic monitoring for each of our peering.
