ControlCircle is passionate about preserving the already fragile environment. We understand that this industry can do more harm than good when it comes to the environment.  As an eco-conscious company, we wanted to counter balance this, and have a hand in preserving the environment for future generations to enjoy.

To offset each new customer we get into our datacentres, we work in conjunction with independent charity ‘Trees for Cities’, to fund tree planting schemes.

Where possible, we use equipment in our datacentres that gives off up to 30% less emissions.  To cut datacentre power use, We have installed blanking plates in empty portions of racks where network or server gear usually go. This cuts down the intake of cold air and stops the re-ventilation of heated air. We also employ dedicated hot and cold aisles to ease the load on the chillers and cooling units.
