Q: What latency is there round the ControlCircle London Fibre Ring?
A: Within the M25 you are looking at a 2-millisecond round-trip-time. |

Q: How quickly can I be up and running on either the BGP or the Fibre ring?
A: Not including standard cross-connects, ControlCircle can have you up an running on either 100mb or GIG ports within 2 hours!!! |

Q: Can I request another carrier to be added to your BGP platform?
A: ControlCircle are continuously evaluating its carriers and ones that underperform or are not offering the greatest value for money are moved off. If clients have a preferred carrier we would certainly look to add them. |

Q: If I want the service for a short period for a particular project, or just for a few months to trial, is this permitted?
A: Yes. ControlCircle offer a month rolling contract on all our connectivity services. Its not the contract that keeps our clients it’s the service! |

Q: Can I move the links when I move datacentre, later on in the year?
A: Yes you can move to any of the ControlCircle POP’dDCs. The only costs is for another port set up. |

Q: How is the bandwidth billed on both platforms?
A: We bill using the industry standard 95th Percentile. |

Q: Can I combine my CDR on both platforms to get bigger discounts?
A: The answers yes, and yes the discounts on doing this can be substantial. |

Q: Can I get an aggregated port if I have several connections in multiple Datacentres?
A: Yes, you would have one bill for multiple sites and they would all work on one CDR and 95th Percentile billing so the discounts would be at the maximum. |
