24/7
- Proactive monitoring of all devices in your support contract
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Communication with client/hardware vendor to resolve issues
- Patching and software upgrades
- Hardware replacement (where specified in contract)
- Configuration changes, upgrades & alterations
- Access to client portal with real time stats and reports
- English, Spanish, French & German speaking client support available.
Plus
- Direct Touch Engineer (technical account manager) who will complete regular site visits and be your main point of contact in critical events.
- Service Delivery Manager who will visit you to assess your satisfaction with service. Are we responding fast enough? Do you have all the reports you need? Do we resolve issues quickly enough? Can we provide new technical knowledge and so on?
- ‘90 minute’ swap out of failed kit (where contract specifies). We will then co-ordinate repair/resolution with vendor to fix the faulty device.
- Industry leading applications such as Tripwire (audit trail), EIQ (Log file analysis), Patch Link (management of patching) and Quest (application and database monitoring & management, all part of the service and not chargeable extras.
- Full reporting engine displays hundreds of reports in instant PDF format. There is nothing that you need to know that we cannot generate as a report that will tell you everything.
- Full hardware and software support is included within our Fully Managed service and everything is centralised in one location giving you instant access and easy control. (Check Point Support is not included.)
