Customers fault tickets or alerts can be raised in four ways:

1) Contact the 24/7 support line 0870 443 5143

2) Send an email to support@controlcircle.com.

3) Access the ControlCircle web interface ticketing system and log  the issue directly. Use your NetworkOverview log in then go to ‘Ticketing System’.

4) ControlCircle have pro-active systems, which monitor customer’s equipment and will automatically raise a ticket. This immediately notifies the technical team.
