Carmen Carey, Chief Executive Officer
Carmen joined in December 2010 as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed CEO in February 2011 to drive the company’s growth strategy. Carmen has held senior executive positions in a number of market-leading technology companies, including MessageLabs (now Symantec) and BroadVision.
Damian Milkins, President & Founder
Damian Milkins co-founded ControlCircle in 2001 with Simon Hancock, the company's CFO. He co-founded 5-Online in 1998 where he was Managing Director. The business was sold to AIM listed X-centric plc in November 2001.
Simon Hancock, Chief Finance Officer
Simon Hancock co-founded ControlCircle with President & Founder, Damian Milkins, in 2001, joining in a full time executive capacity in April 2005. Simon qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London before spending three years in its Corporate Finance team in Johannesburg.
Steven Standring, Director Of Sales
Steven Standing joined the company in 2011 and is responsible for implementing and leading the company’s sales strategy. Prior to joining ControlCircle Steven spent 4 years in consultation, training and trouble shooting. Steven gained his extensive sales experience at companies including OB10, Works.com (purchased by Bank of America), and Tivoli (purchased by IBM).
Tim Cox, Director of Technical Services
Tim Cox joined ControlCircle in 2011 to lead the company’s continuing drive to improve operational services and ensure that service levels are maintained and exceeded. Tim has held senior IT positions at companies including Global Crossing, Racal Telecom and Going Places.
Tim Theobalds, Finance Director
Tim Theobalds joined ControlCircle in 2011 as Finance Director. Tim is qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and is responsible for running the finance department at ControlCircle. Prior to joining ControlCircle, Tim was Divisional Financial Controller at Microsoft for their Online Business. Tim also gained experience within the Sales team at Microsoft as a Business Manager.
