Colin Tenwick, Chairman
Colin is the CEO of Livebookings, a market leader in providing reservations and marketing services to the restaurant industry. Colin has an immensely successful track record of scaling fast-growing SaaS companies, most recently at StepStone ASA, where he built up the company and its revenues over eight and a half years from €17m to €120m before the business was sold.
His previous positions include European Vice President and General Manager for RedHat Inc, European Vice President and General Manager for Sybase and Director of International Business at Ingres Corp.
Stuart Paterson, Non-Executive Director
Stuart Paterson is a partner in SEP and focuses on investments in internet, communications and IT Services. Over the last fourteen years of investing in technology companies, he has played a significant role in working with outstanding entrepreneurs to build world class companies. In addition he has backed a number of later stage companies strengthening their capital base and adding an experienced investor ahead of IPO or M&A activity.
Bill Joss, Non-Executive Director
Bill Joss is a Non-Executive Director at ControlCircle. He is a business development and sales management specialist with extensive international experience of both multinational organisations and start-up businesses in which he has been heavily involved in managing strong organic, fundraisings, merger and acquisition activity, and flotations. Bill currently sits on the Board of a number of technology companies including Hypertec Ltd, Equisys plc and Cats Solutions Ltd and ASECO Europe.
Simon Hansford, Non-Executive Director
Simon is currently the CTO of Skyscape Cloud Services. Prior to Skyscape Cloud Services, Simon was the CTO & VP of Service Strategy of Attenda, which he co-founded in 1997. Simon has also held a number of senior technical, product and marketing roles at Novell and Dell Computer Corporation both in the UK and in Asia Pacific.
